Shipping and Returns
How long will my order take to process and ship?
Please allow 3-5 business days, weekends excluded, to process orders as our products are crafted in small batches to ensure freshness.
Shipping times may vary. Order confirmation and tracking will be made available once the order is placed. When the order leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible.
Please check and double check your shipping address to ensure it is correct before placing your order. We will reach out, via email, if we notice the address is incorrect. Once you receive the email, you have 48 hours to notify us of the correction or the order will be canceled and refunded. If your order is shipped and then returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will receive a refund, minus the shipping fee and a 15% restock fee.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged orders.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to sanitary concerns, as well as the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Each item is crafted with love and cosmic care - thank you for understanding and supporting our space of self-care. If you do have any issues with your order that were made on our end, please reach out and we will assist in every way that we can.
We are not responsible for orders damaged in transit, but please take pictures and/or video of the damage and email us immediately so we can rectify the situation as soon as possible. You may be eligible for a replacement and will only have to pay the shipping fee.
